When you walk into a casino, craps is the easiest pit game to find. Just about any casino in Las Vegas that has a pit will have craps tables. There will be a crowd around the table, and all kinds of laughter, screaming, whistles and high-fiving.  This is without a doubt, the fastest appearing, most emotional, and exciting game around.  It is also one of the most confusing. Many newcomers to the game are intimidated by the noise, fast action, and constant commotion that surrounds a craps table.
Be aware that many craps players are very superstitious.  You have to take care to not do anything that they will blame you for later. When their luck goes sour, they will want to blame someone, so here are some tips that will keep the crowd from turning on you:

• Never say the word  “seven” once a series has begun.  If the roll of the dice shows a 7, you will be blamed for it.
• Men must never admit that they have never played the game before.  So keep it to yourself, or they will feel you are unlucky and will lose quickly.
• Conversely, if you are female, you can be walking through the casino and mention that you have never played the game and some guy will drag you in and hand the dice to you.  Or they may ask you to blow on the dice, and some will even give you money and tell you where to bet it.  There will be a frenzy of betting, because a female novice is there to bring them luck.
• Whatever you do, do not hit anybody’s chips with the dice when you are shooting.  Craps players fear that this makes a 7 appear, ending the series.  You will be blamed for it!
